Case No. 263 of 2014 dated 28.07.2014 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 149, 342, 323, 448, 379, 506, 504, 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code. Mr. Kundan Kumar, learned counsel, on instruction of Mr. Rajesh Kumar, the advocate-on-record, after some arguments, seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to enable the petitioners to surrender before the court below and seek bail.
