In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Barauni (Chakiya) P.S. Case No.251 of 2019, registered for the offence under Section 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act. Allegation has been made that accused persons have resorted to firing upon the informant. Specific allegation has been made against this petitioner to have caused fire arm injury on the belly of the informant.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
