Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The present application has been filed for quashing the order dated 19.05.2020 passed by learned A.C.J.M.-XIII, Bhagalpur in Budhuchak P.S. Case No. 02 of 2019 by which the learned Magistrate has taken cognizance of offences under

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12208 of 2021(2) dt.21-04-2022 2/2 Sections 341, 323, 307, 354, 427, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code against the petitioners.

The police after investigation has found the allegations true against the petitioners and submitted the chargesheet and thereafter cognizance has been taken. Considering the materials available on record, no ground for quashing of the order dated 19.05.2020 is made out. Accordingly, this quashing petition stands dismissed.
