JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date : 17-07-2018 Considering the fact that the Writ Court has only directed the Director of Education to take a decision with regard to posting of a regular Headmaster in the school in question to obviate the dispute of posting as Incharge Headmaster and the period of four months, as granted, has already been over, we are of the considered view that the Director, Secondary Education should pass an appropriate order with regard to posting of
Patna High Court LPA No.74 of 2018 dt.17-07-2018 2/2 regular Headmaster, if not already done, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order and submit a report to the Registrar General of this Court with regard to the action taken. In case the report is not submitted by the office of the Director, Secondary Education with regard to the action taken, the Registrar General shall bring this fact to the notice of this Court and a contempt action shall be taken against the Director, Secondary Education.
With the aforesaid, granting no further indulgence to be made in the matter, we dispose of the Letters Patent Appeal.
