The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Brahmpura P.S. Case No. 73 of 2012, registered under Sections 20 and 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected and call for status of the case.

It has been reported that argument on behalf of accused Bhairav Nath Tripathi has been completed and argument on behalf of co-accused Rajnish Kumar is going on day to day basis. Hence, in view of the report, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected.

Hence, the petition is dismissed.
