The petitioner seeks bail in a case under section 366(A) and 376 of the Indian Penal Code.
The father of the victim made allegation that the petitioner kidnapped his daughter on 16.05.2014. The petitioner and the victim were moving on Chapra railway station on 04.11.2014. The informant caught them and took before the police.
On perusal of the statement of the victim girl under section 164 Cr.P.C. it appears that the victim is a major. She has stated that she had gone to Gujrat with the petitioner and on way to Gujrat the petitioner put vermillion on her and now the petitioner is not ready to keep her. She disclosed her age 21
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12620 of 2015 (2) dt.06-07-2015 years. The case was lodged after six months of the occurrence. The petitioner is in custody since 6.11.2014. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 59 of 2014.
