2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest connection with Kaluahi P.S. Case No. 167 of 2023, F.I.R. dated 08.08.2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 304(B), 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. Prosecution case, in brief, is that marriage of informant's daughter namely Gunja Kumari was solemnized with Kaushal Kumar Singh in the year 2017 according to Hindu rites and customs. After marriage, she went to her sasural and lived there peacefully for 03-04 years. Further it has been reported that husband and in-laws of Gunja Kumari started liquor business. When objection was raised by Gunja Kumari,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4280 of 2024(3) dt.21-03-2024 2/3 they began to torture her. Panchayat was conducted. Couple started staying at Darbhanga. Where also, husband of victim used to beat her. In the night of 06.08.2023, informant received information that his daughter was murdered by husband of Gunja Kumari and his relatives and friend.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has clean antecedent and he has been falsely implicated in the present case and the petitioner is not the family member of the deceased.

Learned APP for the State, on the other hand, on the basis of material available on record and the case diary, vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submits that it has come during investigation that the petitioner was involved in the present occurrence in question and it has come during investigation in paragraph no. 81 of the case diary that the petitioner has talked several times with the husband of the deceased before and after the date of occurrence he was also contacted with the husband of the deceased.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this is not a fit case for granting the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Kaluahi P.S. Case No. 167 of 2023 pending in the Court of learned
