Petitioner is said to be Executive Director of the concerned company and omnibus allegation of cheating has been levelled against him.

The submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the director of the company, namely Surendra Mishra @ Surendra Kumar has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 1208-2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11197 of 2015. It is further contended by him that several persons lodged criminal cases against the petitioner and others for almost similar

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16223 of 2015 (5) dt.01-09-2015 2/2 nature. The petitioner has been released on bail in several cases.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No. 81 of 2011 to the satisfaction of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad.
