JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 29-03-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that paragraph no. 18 of the writ petition would bear it out that the petitioner has filed a representation before the I.G., Prison, respondent no. 2, but no final order has been passed upon the same. In view of the aforesaid, it is directed that the petitioner shall approach the I.G., Prison i.e. the respondent no. 2 and hand over a copy of the present writ petition along with the order of this Court within a period of two weeks from today whereafter the respondent no. 2 shall pass a final order within a period of four weeks thereafter. The writ petition is disposed off.
