JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 06-07-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the informant and learned APP for the State. Vide a detailed order dated 28.02.2022, the petitioners were granted provisional bail and the matter was sent to Medication and Conciliation Center of the Patna High Court to resolve the dispute between the parties but the mediation has failed.

The allegation against the petitioners is that they had taken Rs.1,50,000/- from the informant for their personal need and did not return it and cheque given by them has also bounced due to insufficient money in the bank account. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the

In that view of the matter, order dated 28.02.2022 granting provisional bail to the petitioners is hereby recalled and they are directed to surrender before the learned Court below within four weeks and to seek regular bail.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
