2. By filing the present writ application, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of an appropriate writ(s)/order(s)/direction(s) commanding thereby to the respondent Authorities to grant the petitioner the benefits of Modified Career Progression Scheme (MACP) with all consequential benefits.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed a detailed representation before the District Education Officer, Nalanda (respondent no.4) for redressal of

Patna High Court CWJC No.570 of 2022(5) dt.27-01-2025 2/2 her grievances, but till date, nothing has been done in this regard.

4. In such view of the matter, I deem it proper to direct the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the District Education Officer, Nalanda (respondent no.4) along with the supporting documents within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and the respondent no.4 is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass a reasoned and speaking order within one month from the date of receipt of representation after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or through his counsel.

5. Needless to state that the District Education Officer, Nalanda (respondent no.4) shall be solely responsible for noncompliance of this order within the stipulated period.

6. With the aforesaid direction, this writ application stands disposed of.
