Petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 394, 412 IPC and lateron, added section 394 IPC.

Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The name of the petitioner figured in the confessional statement of co-accused, Amardeep Sao. Except the confessional statement, the Investigating Officer did not collect any evidence nor put the petitioner on T.I.P, although the petitioner is in nail since 14.11.2014. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M, Lakhisarai in connection with Piri Bazar P.S.Case No.26 of 2010.
