ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 15-11-2025 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the election of the Jamuama PACS, Khijarsarai, Gaya is already over and therefore, the petitioner would like to approach the Respondent No. 6 by way of representation/ petition ventilating his grievance.

Having regard to the same, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to approach the Respondent No. 6 by filing representation/petition within a period of four weeks from today and if any such representation/petition being given, the same shall be heard on merits after due notice to all the interested parties including the petitioner herein and necessary orders passed strictly in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 12 weeks thereof. Any order passed shall be communicated to the party.

3. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
