2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.459 of 2023 arising out of Ghanshyampur P.S. Case No. 27 of 2021, lodged on 11.02.2021 under Section 396 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 24.06.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36542 of 2023 with liberty granted to the petitioner that he may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Counsel further submits that charge has been framed in this case on 08.08.2023.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the criminal antecedent of the petitioner is not clean and there are

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that report has been called for vide order no.2 dated 09.02.2024 and in the said report, it has been mentioned that the trial shall be concluded within six months.

6. In the present facts and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner at present.

7. Accordingly, the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in connection with Sessions Trial No. 459 of 2023 arising out of Ghanshyampur P.S. Case No. 27 of 2021, pending before the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Benipur, Darbhanga is hereby rejected.
