The petitioner seeks bail in Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 339 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The police after investigation submitted final form as the case is true but clueless. Thereafter, the petitioner was apprehended and it is alleged that on the basis of the confession of the petitioner engine and other stolen parts of the motorcycle were recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the recovered articles were not put on test identification parade. There is no mark of identification and the petitioner is in jail since 12.01.2015.

No.9433 of 2015 (2) dt.02-04-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 339 of 2014.
