Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 385, 435 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 16/18, 120 U.A.P. Act.

Informant claims that at the time of alleged occurrence, culprits were uttering their respective names and on the basis of the aforesaid fact, informant learnt the name of the petitioner. It appears that except the aforesaid material, there is nothing against the petitioner.

Petitioner is in jail custody since 12.1.2016 but up till now, he has not been put on test identification parade. Moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like
