Stolen motorcycle of the present case was recovered from the house of the petitioner for which Daudpur P.S. Case no. 37/2014 was lodged against the petitioner and the petitioner was granted bail in the aforesaid Daudpur P.S. Case no. 37/2014 by learned Addl. Sessions Judge, IV, Chapra.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Railway Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in Chapra Rail P.S. Case no. 23/2014. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
