Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
Petitioner happens to be under custody since 12.11.2013 on account of having in possession of stolen article. As per para-3 of the petitioner has got criminal antecedent however, only one. From the report submitted by the learned lower court it is apparent that charge had already been framed and the case is fixed for evidence for which necessary steps have already been taken.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7434 of 2015 (3) dt.24-06-2015 In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner Gulli Sah @ Shyam Babu Sah is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned VIth Additional Sessions Judge, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Pipra P.S.
