The earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was dismissed by me by an order passed in Cr.Misc.No.32691 of 2014 on 24.09.2014. The petitioner had realized a sum of Rs.1,000/- which was recovered from him by the officers who had participated in the trap.

Submission is that the petitioner in custody since 06.06.2014 and by drawing the attention of the Court to specific plea of illness of the mother, it has been contended that the petitioner is required to be by the side of his ailing mother for making provision for her treatment.

Considering the period of custody as also the ground of illness of his mother, let the above named petitioner be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14138 of 2015 (2) dt.08-04-2015 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/-(twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, CBI-III, Patna in Special Case No.04 of 2014, R.C.No.10(A)/2014.
