The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered under different sections of the Arms Act.

It appears that from the possession of the petitioner, huge quantity of arms and ammunitions were recovered. It is submitted that the petitioner is in jail since 14.05.2014. The petitioner has already remained in jail for last 11 months. Considering the fact that huge quantity of arms and ammunitions were recovered from the possession of the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.

The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same positively within eight months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order. If the trial is not

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10144 of 2015 (3) dt.02-04-2015 2/2 concluded within the aforesaid stipulated period of time, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
