JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 17-04-2023 It is stated that the petitioner has already moved an application before the DRT where the bank has taken possession of the property of the loanee which is stated to have been purchased by the petitioner.

It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that his family's personal belongings are lying in the house which has been put under lock and seal by the bank and it may be allowed to be opened so that petitioner may be able to take out his personal belongings. The question can aptly be decided by

Patna High Court CWJC No.964 of 2023(3) dt.17-04-2023 2/2 the DRT/ Recovery Officer.

If any application has been moved or is moved, the DRT/ Recovery Officer is expected to decide the same expeditiously within a period of seven days from the date of submission of a copy of this order.
