2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has stated that the opposite parties have not complied with the order dated 17.10.2023 passed by this Court in CWJC No. 15897 of 2022. This Court vide order dated 17.10.2023 had directed the petitioner to make a representation to the authorities for repaying the loan amount in installments within two weeks from the date of this order and on such representation being made the authorities shall consider the representation

Patna High Court MJC No.134 of 2024(2) dt.16-02-2024 2/2 sympathetically and grant installments. Learned counsel has stated that the authorities have not complied with the order and, therefore, the present contempt petition has been filed.

3. Paragraphs 9 and 10 of the show cause filed on behalf of the Opposite Party Nos. 1 to 4 reveal that the order dated 17.10.2023 passed in CWJC No. 15897 of 2022 by this Court has already been complied with.

4. Having regard to the above made submission, this Court does not find any violation of the order dated 17.10.2023 passed by this Court which warrants any punishment given to the authorities concerned. The disposal of the representation made by the petitioner has been considered duly by the authorities concerned. The contempt petition is, accordingly, closed.
