====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-05-2022 Heard the parties.

Matter relates to dispute between the husband and wife. Petitioners are facing prosecution under Section 498 A, of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that chance be given to both the parties to enter into compromise and lead a happy conjugal life.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14058 of 2021(3) dt.05-05-2022 2/2 Taking into consideration the specific submission made by the learned counsel on behalf of the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to approach the Court below and file petition to that effect.

In the meantime, petitioner nos. 2 and 4 are directed to be released on provisional bail on such terms and conditions as the Court below deems it fit and proper.

In case, parties are willing to stay together and no complaint is made by the either side, the provisional bail of the petitioner nos. 2 and 4 shall be confirmed after a period of one year or the above order will loose its force. With above observation, the present application is disposed of.
