2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Kawakol P.S. Case No. 328 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Section 81 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner was in relationship with the informant as a result of which, she became pregnant. A Panchayati was convened in this regard where petitioner agreed to marry the informant. However, later on, petitioner and his mother refused to marry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner has been made accused in this case only with a view to pressurize him for marriage with the informant although there was no physical relation between them. Petitioner claims clean

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submitted that victim in her statement recorded under Section 183 BNSS has supported the prosecution case.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and statement of the victim recorded under Section 183 BNSS, prayer for prearrest bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
