The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 78 of 2013 G.R. No. 1395 of 2013 registered under Sections 21 and 22 of the N.D.P.S. case. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected and call for status of the case.

It has been reported that case has been fixed for judgment on 11th April 2016.

Hence, I do not find any merit to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected.

Hence, the bail petition is dismissed.
