2. The petitioners have filed the present writ application for the following reliefs:

(i) For publish and investigate the Bhoodan Yogna Danpatra, in connection with the suit lands, as per section 11 of the Bihar Bhoodan Yogna Act, 1954.

(ii) For superseding the Danpatra for the concerned lands after the enquiry U/s 11(4) of the Bihar Bhoodan Yogna Act, 1954.

(iii) For not disturbing the status and possession of the petitioners on the concerned land before and in absence of a

Patna High Court CWJC No.1587 of 2017(6) dt.04-02-2025 2/2 valid and reasoned order.

(iv) For any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioners are found entitled to.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the DCLR found Jamabandi of the land, in question in favour of the petitioners. It was also found that without cancelling that Jamabandi, the land was donated under Bihar Bhoodan Yagna Act, 1954 and thereafter, it was allotted/settled to the private respondents. It has also been submitted further that the order of the DCLR has not been executed till date.

4. Be that as it may, the petitioners, if so advised, may put forth their grievances before the competent authority in accordance with law.

5. With the aforesaid observation(s), this writ petition stands disposed of.
