JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 11-09-2015 Sri Sanjeet Kumar Singh, learned AC to AAG-X appearing on behalf of the appellant-State submits that in view of the Notification No.1544 dated 03.12.2014 issued by the Department of Revenue and Land Reforms (Land Acquisition Directorate), Government of Bihar, Patna, the appellant-State has decided not to prefer the appeal in the land acquisition matter upto the amount of Rs.3,00,000/- and it was also decided to withdraw the appeal up-to the amount of Rs.3,00,000/-. The present First appeal is valued at Rs.1,24,866=07. In that view of the matter, learned AC to AAG-X appearing on behalf of the appellant-State seeks permission to withdraw this appeal.

Permission is accorded.
