JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 15-02-2018 As agreed between the parties, the present writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the disciplinary authority to conclude the departmental proceeding within a period of three months from today, failing which the order of suspension shall automatically stand revoked.

It is further directed that the admitted dues of the salary shall be paid to the petitioner positively within a period of four weeks from today.

At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner was suspended in the month of May, 2017 but he is not being paid the suspension allowance. The respondents are directed to pay the suspension allowance to the petitioner in accordance with law. The writ petition is disposed off in the aforesaid terms. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) S.Sb/- U
