Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 365, 364(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that from the house of the petitioner, kidnapped persons were recovered. Petitioner is in custody since 23.02.2017.

The report of the learned trial judge would reveal that no prosecution witness has turned up as yet. Earlier prayer for bail was refused on 11.05.2018.

Considering the period already undergone and chances of non-conclusion of the trial in near future, let the

No.12599 of 2019(6) dt.19-06-2019 2/2 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Gaya Kotwali Police Station Case No.74 of 2017, subject to condition that both the bailors shall be resident of within the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and the petitioner shall fully co-operate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
