Petitioner earlier filed CWJC No.317 of 2018 for the same and similar relief and a Bench of this court by order dated 24.01.2018 disposed of the writ petition with a direction to the petitioner to file appeal before the District Teachers Appellate Authority within a period of one month but the petitioner again filed this writ petition on the ground that the District Teachers
Patna High Court CWJC No.718 of 2020(2) dt.14-01-2020 2/2 Appellate Authority is not functional.
Having considered the facts aforesaid, I do not find any merit in this writ petition. Accordingly, the same is dismissed.
