JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 25-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Angarh P.S. Case No. 04 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased and the first information report goes to show that she died at her matrimonial home within seven years of her marriage. Furthermore, the informant claims that deceased was killed on account of non-fulfilment of illegal demand. The postmortem report of the deceased goes to show that cause of death of the deceased was asphyxia due to strangulation.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as
