Heard learned counsel for the parties.

This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Manigachhi P.S. Case No. 167 of 2014 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 379, 498(A), 384 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The F.I.R. was registered in the year 2014. The petitioner had earlier approached this Court for grant of anticipatory bail which was rejected by an order dated 19.06.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36948 of 2019 noticing the belated filing of the application and complete absence of any justification for such belated filing. The Court had noticed that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12496 of 2021(2) dt.28-07-2021 2/2 his application for anticipatory bail was rejected by the learned Sessions Judge on 27.05.2015. Now, the second anticipatory bail application has been filed by the petitioner before this Court.

I do not find any reason to entertain this second anticipatory bail application arising out of Manigachhi P.S. Case No. 167 of 2014.

This application, in my opinion, has no merit and is accordingly dismissed.
