2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 4b of the Explosive Substances Act.
3. The prosecution case, in brief, is that on 19.07.2022 at 6 PM, while informant was sitting at her door, in the meantime, this petitioner alongwith two co-accused persons came there on a motorcycle and threw a bomb at her door and fled away.
4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that though, it is alleged that bomb has been thrown, but neither the bomb exploded nor anyone sustained any injury. It is further submitted that F.I.R. has been lodged after a delay of four days and there is no plausible explanation for the same.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the nature of accusation and delay in lodging the F.I.R., the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Sarai P.S. Case No. 231 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay/- U T
