The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with a case registered under sections 386, 382, 295, 296, 147, 148, 149 and 447 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegations in the FIR, it is stated that the accused persons including the petitioner herein as also 10-15 others entered into a Math, started to search for the Mahanth and used objectionable language towards the deities. After sometime they went away.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the allegations levelled in the FIR are false and concocted. The petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. He is in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11925 of 2021(3) dt.17-08-2021 2/2 custody since 15.9.2020 and has no criminal antecedents. Heard learned APP for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the petitioner having remained in custody for over 11 months and investigation in the case having concluded, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Dewaria P.S. Case no. 74 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur.
