ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 12-05-2025 Having regard to the fact that the petitioner's PDS licence has being cancelled on the ground that he has been convicted in Sessions Trial No. 576 of 1997 and it is stated that the Criminal Appeal filed by the petitioner is pending adjudication before a Division Bench of this Hon'ble Court vide Criminal Appeal (DB) No. 791 of 2023, this court does not find any merit in the present writ petition which warrants any interference at this stage. However, the present writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to approach this Hon'ble Court by way of a fresh writ petition, in case the conviction is set aside in Criminal Appeal (DB) No. 791 of 2023.
