JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in jail since 09.10.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The accusation against the petitioner is of assaulting the brother of the informant with lathi when Vijay Yadav caused firearm injury to the informant and when the mother of the informant came to rescue, she was also assaulted. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the injury of the brother of the informant has been found to be simple. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of
