The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bikram P.S. Case No. 296 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B), 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding the accused persons having killed the deceased victim lady on account of nonfulfillment of demand for dowry. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 08.09.2019. Lastly, it is submitted that the petitioner is the elder brother-in-law of the deceased victim lady and is living separately, hence he has got

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, considering the submissions advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner, coupled with the fact that the petitioner is the elder brother-in-law of the deceased victim lady and he has no complicity in the matter, I deem it fit and proper to direct for release of the petitioner on regular bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. VI, Danapur in connection with Bikram P.S. Case No. 296 of 2019.
