14-12-2016 Heard Sri Praphull Kumar Sinha, learned counsel for petitioners, learned A.C. to Standing Counsel - 5 as well as Miss Divya Verma, learned counsel, who has appeared on behalf of officials of the Bihar State Road Transport Corporation. The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore C.W.J.C. No. 19803 of 2011, which stood dismissed on 28-06-2016, due to non-prosecution.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties and considering the statement made in paragraph - 3 of the petition, same is allowed.

Let C.W.J.C. No. 19803 of 2011 be restored to its original file.
