Petitioner's counsel submits that appeal no. 5 of 2018 filed by the petitioner against the order dated 08.07.2018 passed by the District Programme Officer is pending consideration before the Collector, Rohtas at Sasaram. The short submission is that the Collector, Rohtas at Sasaram be directed to dispose of the appeal. Having regard to the short submission and limited prayer made by the petitioner's counsel, consideration has to be

Accordingly, this writ application disposed of with a direction to respondent no.3 that if the appeal has not been disposed of, the same be done by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law. The concerned authority is directed to dispose of the appeal of the petitioner expeditiously without undue delay preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
