Heard both sides.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 25 (1-B) a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

From the possession of the petitioner, one loaded country made pistol was recovered.

It is submitted that the petitioner is in jail for more than one year for recovery of one loaded country made pistol. On perusal of record, it appears that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent having 23 criminal cases, which are pending. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bailand accordingly, the same is rejected. The trial court is directed to conclude the trial within six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and if, the trial is not concluded within the aforesaid period, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
