Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Mithanpura PS Case No.370 of 2017, registered under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

Submission is that the petitioner has falsely been implicated and alleged that one country made loaded pistol has been recovered, however, he is in custody since 30.11.2017 and he has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Shankar Sahni is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM (East), Muzaffarpur in connection

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23809 of 2018(2) dt.20-04-2018 2/2 with Mithanpura PS Case No.370 of 2017, subject to verification of the criminal antecedent of the petitioner. If any criminal antecedent is found against the petitioner, he shall not be released.
