NILU AGRAWAL ORAL ORDER 07-02-2019 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State as well as the counsels appearing on behalf of the Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Darbhanga and Bhupendra Narayan Mandal University, Madhepura.

Petitioner's father late Ganga Nand Singh Jha a retired Reader, Department of Mathematics, D.S.College, Katihar under the Bhupendra Narayan Mandal University, Madhepura claims the retiral dues of his father. The petitioner had moved this Court being CWJC No.11271 of 2011 which was disposed of on 14.07.2011 with a direction to the petitioner to file a representation before the respondent authorities which

Patna High Court CWJC No.2047 of 2019(2) dt.07-02-2019 2/2 would be disposed of within specific period. However, the petitioner had not filed any representation as he has not annexed a copy of any representation.

However, considering the nature of claim and the prayer as made by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation before the respondent no.3, the Registrar, Bhupendra Narayan Mandal University, Madhepura and respondent no.8, the Registrar, L.N.Mithila University, Kameshwarnagar, Darbhanga enumerating his unpaid dues which will be disposed of by the respondent nos.3 and 8 respectively within a period of four months from the date of filing of such representation.

Any amount due along with admissible interest would be paid to the petitioner within two months thereafter. If certain amounts are inadmissible, the same would be communicated to the petitioner by a speaking order through registered post.

Writ application is disposed of.
