2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

(i) for direction to respondent authority to Provide Peaceful Possession

Patna High Court CWJC No.1784 of 2024(2) dt.16-05-2024 2/2 Over Khata No 140, Khesara 392, Area- I Khatha i.e 3.125 Decimal in thana no 291 at Halka Kanauji Kachhuara Anchal Sampatchak Subdivision Patna Sadar District - Patna to the petitioner who got sale deed deed executed in her favour from Satendra Kumar Marwar in the year 1984;

(ii) for direction to provide atmosphere of peace and tranquility over land in question which is under possession of petitioner.

3. Learned State counsel pointed out that it is a matter between two private individuals and instead of approaching the office of the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Patna Sadar and/or the concerned competent civil Court, the writ petition has been filed.

4. In that background, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she shall be approaching the appropriate authority/court for the redressal of her grievance.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of.
