2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of committing theft.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 14.10.2023 and has clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.F.C., East, Muzaffarpur/concerned Court below in connection with Aurai P.S. Case No. 215 of 2023 subject to condition that:- 7(i). The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Vaishali (Belsar O.P.) Police Station on the first Sunday of each month.
