The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 and 376(d) of the Indian Penal Code.
Prosecution case is that the wife of the informant was got murdered by the petitioner through her sons. It has been further stated that younger brothers of Ajay Singh and Vijay Singh (also sons of the petitioner) murdered the wife of informant after committing rape.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that petitioner is an old lady and she is languishing in judicial custody since 18.03.2020. He submits that there is no eye witness to the said occurrence and no

He submits that petitioner has been made accused on the basis of suspicion. He submits that charge-sheet has already been submitted and there is no allegation of tampering with the prosecution witnesses by the petitioner. He further submits that petitioner bears no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the bail application.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Beur P.S.
