2. However, Ld. counsel for the Petitioner submits that on account of some unavoidable reason, the defect could not be removed.

3. Hence the failure of the petitioner to remove the

4. Considering the submissions advanced by Ld. counsel for the Petitioner, the present petition is allowed, restoring Cr. Revision Case No. 607 of 2021 to its original number.
