The petitioner is in custody in connection with Belhar P.S. Case No. 96 of 2011, G.R. No. 1083 of 2001 for the offenses under Sections 447, 341, 323, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 13.6.2018.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 13.6.2018, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sri Bikash Kumar,
