However, learned advocate for the State is present. The petitioners have challenged the order dated 05.02.2015 passed by the learned Adhoc Additional District Judge, Vth, Lakhisarai in Sessions Trial No. 293 of 2014, whereby the prayer made on behalf of the petitioners for their discharge under Section 227 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code, has been rejected.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17014 of 2015(2) dt.16-05-2019 2/2 Perused the order impugned as well as the materials brought on record.

This Court is not inclined to interfere with the order refusing to discharge. In case the trial has not yet been concluded, the Trial Court is directed to conclude the same without any further delay.

With the aforesaid observation, the petition is dismissed.
