The petitioner seeks bail in Mirganj P.S. Case no. 10 of 2015 registered for the offences publishable under Section 420, 379, 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is alleged to have committed theft of jewellery in the shop of the informant, but petitioner was apprehended on the spot and he was thrashed.
It appears that the petitioner is in jail since 07.01.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate in connection with Mirganj P.S.
