2. At the outset, this Court is appraised that during the pendency of the writ petition, special meeting for "No

5/5 Confidence Motion" has been convened, in which the petitioner has also participated and finally "No Confidence Motion" has been passed against him and new Up-Pramukh has already been elected.

3. Learned Advocate for the petitioner, however, does not confront the present position.
